First off, I would like to thank Connor for helping me since way back in January for checking their stock of vehicles to see if they had an IS I liked. I just recently purchased my vehicle from Lexus on the Park and without Connor, Sam, Andrew’s help I wouldn’t have been able to make this purchase more fast and efficiently. The professionalism of Connor from answering my calls and texts immediately to setting me up with the best deal possible that works for me... his experience and guidance in helping me buy my first vehicle from a dealership was amazing. Fast,Friendly and a very Professional Sales Man! I just bought a brand new Lexus, and I am super excited! Connor Houston was so helpful with explaining the variety of different options and models that were available, which helped me gain confidence in that I was getting the vehicle that was perfect for me. I have to say that from my end things were pretty simple, but I can imagine that there was a lot of effort on Connors's end to make the magic happen in this time of social distancing. Connor took his time and explained everything in detail so I could understand how the deal was going to end up working out. I liked one of his first comments to me " What can I do to help earn your business" I thought that it was a very unique and charming way to begin the whole car buying process. Most salesman are there to sell you a car (any car) not there to help you get the car that's right for you. Got a good price for my trade in and super happy about the current lease incentive for previous Lexus owners. In one word, the Lexus On The Park dealership is splendid. It was a brutal cold 🥶 March, Monday morning whenst first arriving. In the Saturday Toronto Star 🗞 Newspaper, a full back page of the Sports section, drew me like a mesmerizing magnet. My sales consultant is Mr. Mark Easton who has more than three (3) decades of salesmanship in the automotive industry. He ought to have the moniker, "Top Salesman Of North America." From that very day onward, it's been possible to experience the feeling of wearing fine white, beyond the elbow-length, exquisite kid leather gloves. These had been seen on T.V. whenst worn by Princess 👑 Grace of Monaco. Thanks to each and every single Lexus Team Member especially Josie, "Mugsy," Carla, Cassandra and the efficient body shop consultant. His name is Mr. Zac Kakar. The Manager of their Service Department always goes above and beyond the mere exceptional, namely, Mr Shivji Abid. Mr. Brian Mitchell is an extraordinarily helpful Service Advisor. Every client feels like one has entered Heaven's Doors once more. At the apex is the irreplaceable, Mr. Alistair Baxter, the General Manager who oversees all perfectly, from his eagle-eyed perch which is aloft the entire elegant enterprise. By the way, in times of need, Mr. Mark Easton can solve any problem in less than one ☝️ minute and twenty-three (23) seconds. My gratitude is to my wonderful, hardworking, ingenious parents who laboured so diligently in order their children could have a better life than war-torn, Communist 🇭🇺 Hungary. All around, abounds my gratitude. It is as immense and,as wide as, is the 🗺 whole-wide world. Thank you 🙏 , ☺️,👌‼️
